Description of 358 Security Fence
1. Mesh Configuration: 3" × 0.5" (76.2mm × 12.7mm) rectangular mesh, anti-climb design with small vertical openings.
2. Wire Gauge: 8 gauge (4.0mm) high-tensile steel wire, hot-dip galvanized or PVC-coated.
3. Panel Dimensions: Standard height 6ft/8ft (1.8m/2.4m), length 10ft/12ft (3.05m/3.66m); custom sizes available.
4. Material: Low-carbon steel (Q235/Q195) or stainless steel (304/316) for corrosion resistance.
5. Surface Treatment: Hot-dip galvanization (min. 85μm coating thickness) or PVC powder coating (100-120μm, RAL colors optional).
6. Tensile Strength: ≥350MPa (steel wire), ensuring structural stability under impact.
7. Weight: 18-25kg per panel (varies by size and coating type).
8. Connection: Panel-to-post connection via M8/M10 bolts with anti-theft nuts; posts spaced 3.05m/3.66m apart.
